Green Drive Mobility and Furlenco Partnered to Transition ICE Last-mile Vehicles to EVs across Key Indian Cities. 100 fully built reefer EVIATOR 350 trucks were delivered to support quick commerce logistics across major cities in India.

The partnership has expanded from Bengaluru to Delhi and Hyderabad, with a phased roadmap to transition nearly 150 ICE vehicles into EVs for Furlenco’s logistics operations.

Bengaluru, India, 17th June, 2026: Green Drive Mobility has strengthened its partnership with Furlenco as both companies scale the use of electric vehicles in logistics operations and work towards building a more sustainable delivery ecosystem across India.

The partnership began in Bengaluru with the deployment of electric vehicles to support Furlenco’s logistics and customer delivery operations. Following stable operations and strong on-ground performance, the collaboration expanded to Delhi and has now entered Hyderabad, marking another milestone in the companies’ shared sustainability journey.

Furlenco, one of India’s leading furniture and lifestyle rental platforms, manages a large and complex logistics network across deliveries, pickups, installations, reverse logistics, warehouse movements, refurbishment cycles, and customer fulfilment. As the company continues to expand across major cities, building a transportation network that is both efficient and environmentally responsible has become a key strategic priority.

With a growing focus on reducing environmental impact and improving operating efficiency, Furlenco is gradually moving towards electrifying its logistics fleet. As part of this long-term roadmap, the company is working towards transitioning its existing internal combustion engine vehicle operations into electric mobility in a phased manner.

Green Drive Mobility is supporting this transformation through end-to-end EV operations, including vehicle deployment, driver onboarding, fleet utilisation management, operational support, and city-level execution. The current roadmap aims to transition nearly 150 ICE vehicles to EVs across coming phases, positioning this as one of the larger enterprise-led sustainable logistics transitions in the sector.

Commenting on the partnership, Ala Harikrishna, Founder, Green Drive Mobility, said, “Our partnership with Furlenco has grown because both teams stayed focused on execution from day one. We started with Bengaluru, proved that electric mobility can support demanding logistics operations, and then expanded into new markets. Today, the discussion is no longer whether EVs work it is about how fast and efficiently we can scale them.”

He added, “Furlenco’s approach stands out because sustainability is being built into operations, not treated as a separate initiative. The planned transition of around 1,000 ICE vehicles into EVs is an important step and shows how large businesses can create real environmental impact while improving long-term operational efficiency.”

Ajay Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer, from Furlenco added, “Furlenco has been committed to sustainability since 2023, when EVs were not yet widely regarded as a reliable logistics solution, and we were among the early movers. As our operations expand across India, we are focused on building a logistics network that is efficient, scalable, and aligned with our sustainability goals. Green Drive Mobility has been an invaluable partner in our transition to cleaner mobility, without any compromise on service quality or customer experience.”

The continued expansion of this partnership reflects a broader shift underway across India’s logistics sector, where EV adoption is moving beyond pilot projects into mainstream operations. Together, Green Drive Mobility and Furlenco are creating a model that combines business growth with responsible mobility and contributes to India’s transition towards cleaner transportation.
