EE appeals to individuals passionate about Electrical technology and machines, circuit analysis, electronics, electromagnetism, electrical engineering materials, instrumentation, control systems, power engineering and transmission and distribution, Robotics, etc. They can apply for jobs in Private companies such as Crompton Greaves, Siemens, Hitachi, Jindal Steel and Power, reliance, I&T, TATA, and Samsung Engineering, and PSUs such as BHEL, NTPC, DMRC, NHPC, and Power Grid. State electricity boards like APTRANSCO, APGENCO. On the other hand, ECE provides essential foundations in areas like analog/digital circuits, signal analysis, electromagnetic theory, microprocessors, wireless communications, and electronics, Embedded Systems.
