IMS Noida Hosts Mega Job Fair in association with Government of India’s E2E Career Lounge, NICS Noida Initiative

800 students face the interview from 20 higher education institutions at IMS Noida Mega Job Fair

Noida – The Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida recently organized a Mega Job Fair in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, under its E2E Career Lounge, NICS Noida initiative. The event saw participation from 46 reputed companies and attracted nearly 800 students from over 20 higher education institutions across Delhi NCR.

Inaugurating the fair on Saturday, Professor (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan, Director General of IMS Noida, emphasized that the aim of the event was not just to provide employment opportunities, but also to prepare young talent to meet current industry demands. “We are committed to helping bright students realize their aspirations. This job fair is a reflection of our dedication to their future. We aim to provide our students with not just quality education, but also the skills and exposure necessary to thrive in the industry,” he said.

Dr. Dhawan added that the fair successfully created valuable employment opportunities for both IMS Noida students and participants from other institutions. “Our goal is to offer students a strong academic foundation while guiding them towards successful and fulfilling careers,” he noted, acknowledging the key role played by E2E Career Launch, NICS Noida, and the Ministry of Labour and Employment in making the event possible.

Sharing further details, Ms. Aarti Sabharwal, Head of Training and Placement at IMS Noida, said that prominent recruiters at the fair included Genpact, 3i Infotech, Paytm, NIIT, Yes Bank, SBI, LIC, among others. These companies interviewed and selected candidates from a wide range of disciplines such as BBA, BCA, MBA, B.Tech, Mass Communication, Law, BA, B.Sc, B.Com, ITI, and Diploma programs.

“The job fair has not only opened up promising career avenues for students, but also provided a valuable platform for companies to identify and recruit young, talented professionals,” she said. “Our mission is to make employment opportunities more accessible and to support youth in identifying the right career paths based on their skills and experiences.”
