IMS Noida Inaugurates Three-Day International Conference with the theme “Viksit Bharat 2047”

Noida: Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Noida commenced the three-day international conference with great enthusiasm. On the first day, the event was graced by distinguished chief guests, Ms. Rachna Singh Bhal, Executive Director of NTPC Power Management Institute, Guest of Honour Mr. Joginder Ralhan, Senior General Manager at Arya.ag, Ms. Shanti, Senior Advisor at the PMO and Ministry of Home Affairs, and Nadia Mzoughi, President of Carthage University, Tunisia, who shared their valuable insights.

The conference saw the presence of IMS President Rajeev Kumar Gupta, Director General Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan, Dean Dr. Neelam Saxena, along with faculty members and students.

While inaugurating the event, Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Dhawan, Director General, IMS Noida said “This 8th International Conference at IMS focuses on fostering management, technology, and entrepreneurship under the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047.”

“In this era of technological advancements, it is crucial to not only understand present challenges but also explore future opportunities. The objective of the conference is to create a platform for knowledge, innovation, and research, bringing together industry leaders, academicians, and researchers for meaningful discussions” Dr. Dhawan further added.

Chief Guest Ms. Rachna Singh Bhal remarked, “In today’s competitive world, skill development and innovation are the keys to success. India is rapidly advancing in the digital and technological sectors, and to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, we must embrace transformational changes and promote management, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship”.

Mr. Joginder Ralhan said, “Modern management and technological advancements are fundamental pillars of any nation’s progress. To stay ahead in the global competition, continuous research, innovation, and digital transformation are essential”.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Shanti highlighted the rapid developments in startup culture, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation. She urged students and industry experts to identify new opportunities and integrate these changes into their strategies.

Nadia Mzoughi emphasized on digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development at today’s conference and said, “To build a stronger future, students and professionals must be equipped with the latest technologies and management strategies. I appreciated IMS Noida for organizing this academic event, stating that such conferences foster global dialogue between education and industry, offering students valuable international exposure and learning opportunities”.
