India Intellectual Conclave & MIGA Gabfest 2025: Abhishek Pandey Ignites National Vision for Viksit Bharat

On April 20, 2025, the Charles Walters Council for Innovation & Research (CWSIR), in strategic partnership with The Association of Indian Bureaucrats, convened the celebrated India Intellectual Conclave and MIGA Gabfest 2025 at the esteemed India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. This year’s theme focused on “Conceptualising Viksit Bharat by 2047”, spotlighting the vision of a developed India.
This significant intellectual forum attracted a diverse assembly of leading minds—ranging from government officials and academicians to pioneering entrepreneurs and student changemakers. The event functioned as a dynamic space for dialogue, collaboration, and formulation of transformative ideas around the pillars of national growth: governance, education, innovation, and youth empowerment.
Mr. Abhishek Pandey, the visionary behind the initiative and Founding Director of CWSIR, opened the conclave with an impassioned keynote. He called for a holistic model of development, where administrative excellence, academic insight, and citizen-driven solutions come together to build a resilient and future-ready India.
