Industries Minister Advances the Skill Agenda of the Government: CfPIE and Government of Telangana to collaborate in launching India’s top life sciences executive programs

India, June 14, 2024 — The Government of Telangana and the Center for Professional Innovation and Education (CfPIE) will collaborate to enhance life sciences training and professional certification in Telangana.

Hon’ble Minister Mr. D. Sridhar Babu met with Mr. Mark Mazzie, CEO & Principal, and Mr. Nathan Krawczyk, Director of Operations, CfPIE, today in New York to discuss various opportunities and global practices with the objective of developing Telangana into an unmatched talent destination in the world. Hon’ble Minister Mr. Komatireddy Venkat Reddy was also present at the meeting along with Special Chief Secretary (I&C) Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, and other officials.

The minister’s visit to the United States highlights the international focus on strengthening life sciences training sectors through global collaboration. This collaboration is a significant step towards fostering innovation and development within Telangana’s vibrant and growing life sciences ecosystem.

The partnership will involve the launch of India’s top life sciences executive program from Hyderabad, featuring collaborative training initiatives, professional certification courses, and tailored on-site training programs. This initiative aligns with the government’s vision of creating a life sciences education and training hub in Hyderabad, promoting excellence in research, development, and innovation. Courses will focus on Regulatory Affairs, FDA Compliance and CAPA Strategies, Technical Writing & Document Management, Statistical Applications, and more.

Minister Mr. Sridhar Babu expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to collaborate with CfPIE to bring world-class life sciences training and professional certification programs to Telangana. This collaboration is a step towards our goal of making Hyderabad a global hub for life sciences education and innovation.
