Smart Switch has already been adopted by thousands of passengers, leading to a 30% reduction in cancellations, since travelers can now conveniently modify their booking due to change in travel plans instead of missing their bus.
Complementing this, IntrCity has launched a series of short, on-ground videos that guide passengers to popular pickup locations, addressing one of the most common concerns among bus travellers – finding the correct boarding point. Filmed at key locations in cities such as Panjim, Mumbai, Greater Noida and Delhi, these videos use real landmarks to offer clear directions, reducing uncertainty and ensuring a smoother start to the journey. Since launch, pickup videos have helped cut boarding-related complaints by 85%. In the upcoming festive season, IntrCity now plans to expand this initiative to 70 additional high-demand cities across Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and other states in the coming months.
