Mumbai, October 27, 2025 – ITM Institute of Design & Media (IDM), Andheri, a leading creative education institution under ITM Skills University, has announced the launch of its Micro-Credit Workshops, a new initiative aimed at empowering design aspirants with certified, flexible, and skill-based learning opportunities in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Designed for aspiring and current design students, these online workshops are free for IDM students and offer 0.5 verified academic credits per workshop. Participants will receive certification from ITM Skills University, with credits securely added to their Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) via DigiLocker through their APAAR ID, ensuring seamless integration with India’s evolving higher education framework. These workshops are fully compliant with NCrF (National Credit Framework) and NHEQF (National Higher Education Qualifications Framework) standards.
