JSA strengthens its Real Estate Practice

Brijita Prakash joins JSA as a Partner in Bengaluru, along with a team of 7 lawyers

National, May 14, 2024: JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA), one of India’s premier law firms, announced the onboarding of Brijita Prakash as a Partner. She has joined JSA with a team of seven seasoned senior associates and associates. A specialist in property laws, Brijita has over 25 years of experience advising top clients in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, including Prestige Estates, Brigade Enterprises, and Godrej Properties. Prior to joining JSA, Brijita was a Partner at DSK Legal and was earlier at Dua Associates, Advocates & Solicitors.

Brijita has handled many significant transactions in the Real Estate space. She has represented prominent developers and builders in Karnataka and regularly advises on complex issues related to title, urban development, and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector.

She regularly advises on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA)and is adept at navigating consumer disputes and regulatory compliance matters.
