Milk and being taller – what you need to know

If you want your kids to grow tall, start feeding them cow milk products such as best full cream milk, organic curd, etc. Milk is one of the few natural food sources that are highly nutrient dense, containing everything from biological protein to vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids. Milk helps kids to achieve their maximum growth potential, thereby ensuring the best height possible.

Scientific evidence

In a recent study conducted in Israel, researchers have identified a positive correlation between consumption of cow’s milk among children and their height. The study was conducted at Hebrew University’s Faculty of Agriculture by Dr. Tali Sinai. In the study, the researchers followed two sets of children, one group that drank cow’s milk on a regular basis and the second group that did not drink milk. The researchers found that the group that did not drink milk was shorter in height, as compared to the group that drank cow’s milk. Some kids from the milk group were 10 cm taller than the no-milk group.  Based on the findings of the study, Dr. Tal Sinai concluded that there’s a definitive correlation between milk consumption and growth of children. The possible reason may be that cow milk products such as best full cream milk, organic curd, etc. are rich sources of protein and calcium, which are essential for proper growth and development.

The Dutch story

Dutch people are the tallest in the world, with an average height of more than 6 ft. In the 1800s, the average height of Dutch people was just around 5 ft. 4in. However, over the past two centuries, the consumption of dairy products by Dutch has increased consistently and today they consume 25% more than what people in the UK or US do. This Dutch phenomenon also indicates to the role of milk in the growth and development of kids.

The Maasai

The Maasai people in Africa are also known for their tall physique and they too have milk as one oftheir primary food sources. Most Maasai people are more than 6 ft. tall and collectively they are taller than the neighboring tribes. They too act as evidence that cow milk products such as best full cream milk, organic curd, etc. are vital for proper growth and development of kids.

For the best possible outcomes, introduce cow milk products to your child from the age of one and continueas needed. Being tall is a great asset and every child deserves it.
