With Google Play, ID@Xbox, AppsFlyer, Snapser, Gameramp, Pubscale by GreedyGames, Shunya, Lysto, Sentient and Accubate joining the ecosystem, the 100-day sprint embeds global execution support into India’s next generation of gaming startups
National, April 28, 2026: LVL Zero, India’s first-of-its-kind gaming incubator backed by MIXI Global Investments, Nazara Technologies, and Chimera VC, today announced its ecosystem partners for the inaugural cohort of its 100-day execution-first sprint. This announcement follows the recent unveiling of its first cohort of 10 gaming startups, selected from over 240 applications. Bringing together leading global and Indian platforms across attribution, analytics, monetisation, console publishing, QA, playtesting, backend enablement, and program infrastructure, the partner network is designed to provide founders with hands-on, real-world execution support.
As part of its structured sprint model, LVL Zero goes beyond mentorship by embedding functional ecosystem support directly into the product development journey. The inaugural cohort will benefit from partnerships with Google Play (Knowledge Partner), ID@Xbox Developer Acceleration Program (Console Support Partner), AppsFlyer (Marketing Attribution Partner), Snapser (Backend Enablement Partner), Gameramp (Growth Partner), Pubscale by GreedyGame (Monetisation Partner), Lysto (Playtesting Partner), Sentient (QA Partner), Accubate (Program Infrastructure Partner) and Shunya (Legal Partner).
Each partner brings specialised capabilities designed to address the execution gap Indian startups often face when transitioning from prototype to market-ready product.
Google Play, as Knowledge Partner, will work closely with all startups in the cohort through focused 1–2 day sprint sessions covering key areas across Google Play and ads. These sessions will include AI skilling, Android Studio, and ad monetisation via the Google Play Store, providing insights into app distribution, discoverability, and global monetisation best practices.
AppsFlyer will support startups with best-in-class marketing attribution and analytics, helping teams build effective user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies — backed by granular performance measurement data from day one. Gameramp will provide data-driven growth insights and readiness support to help studios strengthen decision-making across product and UA strategies. Snapser will deliver backend and technical development support, helping startups build scalable infrastructure aligned with platform requirements.
Pubscale by GreedyGame will assist founders with monetisation fundamentals, mediation setup, and ad-format optimisation, ensuring that revenue systems are thoughtfully integrated rather than added as an afterthought. The ID@Xbox Developer Acceleration Program helps emerging developers ship on Xbox by offering porting support, educational resources, and funding opportunities. The program lowers financial and logistical barriers so developers can focus on building great games and connecting with Xbox audiences around the world.
To strengthen product validation and quality standards, Lysto will provide global playtesting support, while Sentient will offer functional and compliance QA assistance to ensure builds meet platform and operational requirements. Accubate will power the backend program infrastructure, enabling structured milestone tracking and streamlined cohort management. Shunya will work closely with the cohort, offering practical guidance across key legal and financial considerations that shape early-stage startups from day one.
Commenting on the expanded partner ecosystem, Mr Sagar Nair, Head of Incubation, LVL Zero Incubator said, “Execution is rarely a knowledge problem, it is a systems problem. By bringing ecosystem partners directly into the 100-day sprint, we are ensuring founders are not just advised, but supported operationally across attribution, monetisation, backend development, QA, and publishing readiness. Our objective is to reduce ambiguity at critical decision points and provide startups with real exposure to how global gaming businesses are built.”
The structured integration of partners into the sprint reinforces LVL Zero’s broader mission to build execution discipline within India’s gaming ecosystem. Rather than isolating mentorship from implementation, the incubator’s framework combines milestone-driven product development with embedded expertise, enabling teams to validate faster, optimise earlier, and prepare confidently for publishers and investors.
As India’s gaming market continues to expand, with projections placing it among the fastest-growing globally, the need for operational maturity has become increasingly evident. While the country produces strong prototypes and creative concepts, scalable infrastructure, monetisation readiness, and global distribution alignment remain key bottlenecks for early-stage studios.
By aligning marketing, monetisation, backend, console access, QA, and playtesting within a single structured sprint, LVL Zero aims to bridge that gap. Over the next five years, the incubator plans to support more than 100 Indian gaming startups, helping them evolve from early promise to globally competitive ventures.
