Bengaluru, 18th July, 2022: Narayana Health, the leading health care chain has today announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Bajaj as the Chief Marketing Officer. Ashish has joined Narayana Health from MediBuddy where he was heading the Marketing, Partnerships and PR verticals. At Narayana Health, he will be responsible in building a comprehensive marketing approach that is aligned with the growth vision of the company.
Speaking about the appointment, Mr. Viren Shetty, Executive Vice Chairman, Narayana Health, said, “We are happy to welcome Ashish to the Narayana Health family. As the Chief Marketing Officer of Narayana Health Ashish will be driving the brand’s end-to-end marketing strategy. He will also be overseeing the organization’s digital, retail and institutional marketing, branding, public relations and patient engagement programs, including CRM.

Ashish comes with more than a decades experience in managing the marketing function across Healthcare and start-ups industry. A dynamic professional, in his previous assignment, apart from leading Marketing, Partnerships and PR, Ashish was also responsible for building B2C business of subscription, managing revenue through channel partners and driving new user acquisition campaigns. Prior to Medibuddy, Ashish was with ANI Technologies (Ola cabs) where he was the International Media Head and Brand Alliance Head with the responsibility of building the Go To Market strategy for many Ola cab categories launch and international launches. He was also with Microsoft and Maxus India in the past. An alumnus of IILM Institute for Higher Education, he is a recipient of several awards and recognitions. He was the first to represent India at Young Lions Media competition at the Cannes, First and only from India to win the Media Gold Medal for crafting a Media strategy for World Health Organization at Young Spikes Asia, Singapore and more recently Marketeer of the Year award winner by CMO Asia and National feather
