Recipe for Picante:

Ingredients
60 ml PATRÓN Reposado
30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Agave Syrup
15ml Passionfruit Syrup
3 Seedless Jalapeño Slices (Add Bird’s Eye for a bigger punch)
Tajin Rim

Method
1. Gently muddle the jalapeño slices in the cocktail shaker.
2. Add Patron, lime juice, agave, passionfruit, and ice to the shaker.
3. Shake and strain into a rock glass rimmed with Tajin over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and one more jalapeño slice.

patrón perfect margarita
ingredients
45 ml Patrón Silver
30 ml Citrónge Orange Liqueur
22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
7.5 ml Simple syrup
+Lime wedge for garnish
+Kosher salt (optional)
Method
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Optionally, salt half the rim of the glass with kosher salt.
