Recipe : Mexican corn on Cob

Ingredients :

  • 4 large corn cobs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tps cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For dip
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

Method :

  • Bring a large pot of water to the boil over high heat add corn and boil till corn get cooked
  • Make dip with smoked paprika and mayonnaise
  • Combine spice in bowl and mix well
  • Take boil corn and rub spice on it and put in an oven
  • Serve with lime wedges and mayo dip
