RJD’s national general secretary cum former minister Shyam Rajak said on the MLC election that the double engine government in Bihar has completely paralyzed the Panchayati Raj system and by reducing the rights and respect of the Panchayat representatives, somewhere in the Panchayat. The state is trying to run the system under the administrative system, due to which the representatives of the people are facing difficulties in working. Where earlier in the RJD regime, work was done through the Panchayati Raj system through the people’s representatives, and work was also visible among the people. At the same time, now the entire system is being weakened under a well-planned conspiracy. He said that according to the dreams of Gandhiji, Shri Lalu Prasad and Shri Tejashwi Prasad Yadav have taken a pledge to strengthen the Panchayati Raj system. And this campaign is getting the support of all the Panchayat representatives. And in the elections to the Legislative Council, the victory of the RJD and the Grand Alliance is sure on the strength of the support of the Panchayat representatives in all the 24 seats.
