Roseate Hotels Partners with Spalba to Introduce 3D Digital Twin Technology in Event Venues

Spalba’s virtual venue platform to elevate Roseate’s MICE and wedding offerings, placing the brand among India’s luxury pioneers in digital adoption

New Delhi, 7 October 2025 — Roseate Hotels & Resorts has partnered with event-tech platform Spalba to roll out 3D digital twin technology across its event venues.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in the adoption of artificial intelligence in the Indian hospitality industry, with Roseate Hotels & Resorts becoming the first hospitality brand to integrate the technology at this scale. The move also underscores how hotels are repositioning MICE, not just as a service, but as a strategic growth driver that demands smarter planning and booking frameworks.

Spalba’s platform builds immersive digital twins of event venues, allowing clients to explore spaces virtually and experiment with layouts in real time.

Planners can simulate décor, seating, and stage configurations, gaining a near-accurate view of the final setup before committing. By cutting down on repeated site visits, the technology streamlines decision-making, shortens sales cycles, and brings greater efficiency to corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organisers alike.

“The future of hospitality will be defined by how quickly the industry integrates digital into its core offerings,” Kush Kapoor, CEO of Roseate Hotels & Resorts said. “For event spaces in particular, virtual replicas not only give clients control and transparency but also help hotels adapt to the demand for faster, more flexible planning models. This is not just a tool for convenience; it is part of the structural shift in how events are bought and sold”, he added.

Speaking about the partnership, Vishal Puri, Co-Founder of Spalba said, “The hospitality industry is moving into a phase where technology will define how venues are marketed and how clients engage with them; Digital twins provide a quantifiable advantage from accelerating sales cycles to driving higher conversions while enabling hotels to align with global benchmarks of efficiency and innovation.”

For luxury players like Roseate, it represents an opportunity to shape how the future of MICE and weddings will be imagined and executed.”

Spalba noted that hotels already using its platform have reported quicker sales cycles, higher conversion rates, and stronger customer satisfaction. The partnership with Roseate will begin with its flagship properties in India, with plans for a wider rollout across the group.
