S8UL announces participation across 13 titles at Esports World Cup 2026

Following its selection for the Club Partner Program, S8UL will enter the qualification pathways across 13 titles at the prestigious tournament, further strengthening India’s presence on the global stage

Mumbai, April 13, 2026: S8UL, a global name in esports and gaming content, has announced its participation across 13 titles at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, marking the highest number of titles by an Indian organization at a global esports tournament.

The organization will enter qualification pathways across Apex Legends, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Call of Duty: Warzone, Chess, EA Sports FC, FATAL Fury, Fortnite, Honor of Kings, MOBA Legends 5V5, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, Street Fighter 6, TEKKEN 8, and Trackmania showcasing its presence across PC, console, and mobile ecosystems.

This milestone participation reflects S8UL’s continued expansion across genres spanning FPS, battle royale, fighting games, sports simulation, strategy and racing while reinforcing its commitment to building a truly global, multi-title esports footprint.

S8UL’s announcement follows its selection as a Club Partner by the Esports Foundation for the second consecutive year. As part of an elite cohort of 40 leading esports organizations worldwide, S8UL will continue to represent India at one of the biggest platforms in international competitive gaming.

Commenting on the announcement, Animesh Agarwal, Co-founder and CEO of S8UL said, “Competing across 13 titles at the Esports World Cup this year reflects both S8UL’s long-term vision and the scale of our ambition. Our experience in Riyadh last year gave us a clear understanding of what it takes to compete consistently at the global level. Since then, we have been deliberate in refining our approach- strengthening our foundation, investing in the right talent, and expanding into titles with long-term potential. The focus now is on execution: delivering consistent performances and establishing S8UL as a credible contender across every title we enter.”

The EWC 2026 is set to take place in Riyadh from July 6 to August 23, featuring a record-breaking prize pool of $75 million (approximately INR 700 crore). The tournament will bring together over 2,000 players and 200 clubs from more than 100 countries competing across 24 titles. At the center of the competition is the Club Championship, which carries a $30 million (approximately INR 280 crore) prize pool, emphasizing the importance of consistent performance across multiple games.

At EWC 2025, following the signing of a mix of national and international talent, S8UL competed in the qualifiers across nine titles and went on to deliver a strong performance at the tournament. The organization reached the Grand Finals in Apex Legends and secured Top 8 finishes in Chess and EA Sports FC. Building on that foundation, the 2026 campaign marks a significant expansion, with the addition of new titles such as Fortnite, Honor of Kings, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, Street Fighter 6, and Trackmania, further strengthening the organization’s multi-title depth.

Since the start of the year, S8UL has built strong momentum across multiple titles. Its BGMI roster clinched the BGMI India Series 2026 championship, India’s premier mobile esports tournament, while its MOBA Legends 5v5 team emerged victorious at the Rai Star x Gyan Gaming Cup. Grandmaster Nihal Sarin secured a major international win at the Menorca Open, and the organization’s VALORANT roster won the VCSA Split 1. The organization’s Honor of Kings team also claimed the Kings Arise India City Tour – Mumbai title. On the global stage, S8UL’s Apex Legends roster delivered a historic Top 5 finish at the ALGS 2026 Championship, the best-ever result by an Indian organization in the title.

Backed by solid domestic performances and its largest-ever multi-title campaign, S8UL’s EWC 2026 journey marks a significant step forward for both the organization and India’s global esports presence.
