Today, the Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs Private Limited (4S) is being run under the leadership of Satish Machani, the grandnephew of Machani Somappa. Satish Machani currently serves as the Managing Director of Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs (SSSS). It includes all the subsidiaries of the group including SSS Defence. Under the leadership of Satish Machani, the SSS Group has transformed into a multi business entity. It has consolidated revenue of more than Rs 1,200 crore, with annual growth rate of around 15 percent. Apart from India, the company has established manufacturing facilities in the United States.

In addition to weapons manufacturing, Satish also looks into the needs of auto companies and international OEMs. A seasoned professional and visionary leader, Satish has a Masters in Industrial Engineering degree from Bradley University, Peoria.
