The Yatra resumed this year on June 30, 2025, after a five-year pause, following the suspension of the pilgrimage in 2020. Trip To Temples pioneered India’s first-ever Kailash Aerial Darshan, in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the India–China border restrictions. This offers devotees the opportunity to witness the sacred Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar from the air — without the need for international travel, permits, or visas. It ensures that even those unable to undertake the traditional trek, due to age, health, or documentation barriers, can still experience the spiritual grandeur of Kailash Mansarovar.
