Ten Tips to Prevent Cancer

 1.Avoid using tobacco in any way. Tobacco products damage DNA, which results in aberrant cell growth. Cancer and a compromised immune system from tobacco use make it impossible for the body to combat cancerous cells.


2. Avoid drinking alcohol According to medical study, drinking alcohol can cause seven different types of cancer. Alcohol causes the body to absorb more carcinogens, which are substances that cause cancer, and it breaks down into aldehyde, which damages DNA.

3. Keep your weight in check Increased production of hormones such insulin and insulin-like growth factor oestrogen, which cause some types of cancer, is a result of obesity.

4. Steer clear of a high-carb diet because using sugar-refined flour increases the risk of cancer.

5. Exercise- Every day, 30 minutes of moderate exercise lowers the risk of developing cancer.

6. Steer clear of packaged foods, cosmetics, and lotions that include preservatives such as potassium bromate, BHA, paraben, nitrates and nitrite, and too much salt.

7. Get vaccinated against the hepatitis B virus (HBV), which protects some types of cancer, and the human papillomavirus (HPV).

8. Steer clear of the sun for longer, especially throughout the summer.

9 If there is a deficiency, taking supplements such as vitamin E, vitamin D, and vitamin B complex strengthens the body’s immune system to combat cancer cells.

10 To ensure that the body’s repair system operates effectively, stay calm and obtain enough sleep.
