A seasoned HR strategist, Shivali brings with her over 15 years of experience in Fintech, FMCG, Biotech, IT, and Consulting. She has strong experience in driving people strategies to business objectives, building scalable and agile HR frameworks, and leading high-impact organizational change. She has shaped workplace cultures that thrive on engagement, performance, and inclusion.

Her leadership at TRC will be instrumental in driving transformation across TRC Consultation, the consulting vertical of the firm, by embedding a people-first philosophy into its operational and strategic initiatives. Her focus on integrating data-driven insights with empathy and systems thinking will help enhance workforce productivity, strengthen leadership pipelines, and build an adaptive, high-performing culture.

With an impressive academic background comprising the Executive Management Development Program in Strategic Leadership from IIM Lucknow, MBA in HR from Annamalai University, and PGDHRM from Symbiosis, Pune, Shivali brings together the right academic rigor and professional experience in organizational design, people analytics, and capability development. She also holds globally recognized professional certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), Gender Sensitization, Emotional Intelligence, and Inclusive Leadership practices, aligned with SHRM and CPD frameworks. Her work has been rooted in shaping respectful workplace environments, building inclusive organizational cultures, and enabling leadership teams to drive high performance with empathy and accountability.
