Treelife continues team expansion; elevates ex-PwC Priya Kapasi as an Associate Partner for its Financial Advisory arm

Treelife, a legal and finance firm to startups and investor community has recently elevated Priya Kapasi as the Associate Partner for its Financial Advisory division. The latest elevation is part of Treelife’s long-term team expansion plan.

With more than a decade of experience and having worked with globally distinguished organisations such as KPMG and PwC, Priya will now head the Financial Advisory arm of Treelife along with the firm’s founder, Jitesh Agarwal. In her current role, she will work closely with startups and investors to structure their businesses, investments, and exits, offering strategic guidance.

As a Chartered Accountant, Priya’s expertise lies in international tax consulting, legal advisory, finance, and tax advisory. At Treelife, she has played an instrumental role in setting up an office in GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City) contributing further to the firm’s growth and success. She has also broadened Treelife’s Financial Advisory arm by introducing new service lines and ensuring structured processes.
