UKG Unity Run 2023 – Brief

New Delhi, September 18, 2023 :

The UKG Unity Run 2023 marked a significant milestone in UKG’s commitment to promote inclusion and diversity. It saw the participation of around 1800 individuals, 1200 of them being UKG employees, coming together to promote a healthier lifestyle and a supportive work environment. The UKG Unity Run 2023 evolved into a symbol of unity, emphasizing the importance of fostering a work environment where every individual feels valued, heard, and included.

The three primary run categories consisting of a 10km Run, a 5km Run, and a 5km Walkathon took place from 5:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. at Okaya Towers, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh on the 17th September 2023. By promoting the well-being of its employees and focusing on the importance of a work-life balance, the UKG Unity Run 2023 showcased the company’s dedication to fostering not just physical fitness but also mental resilience and a sense of belongingness among its employees, ultimately contributing to a more vibrant and harmonious workplace culture.
