Acadfinity is building an integrated K–12 Ecosystem Partnership Program through a digitally unified platform for school leaders, educators, parents, students and education partners. Its offerings span AI-driven diagnostics, management technology, learning and professional development, procurement, educational resources and specialised services, addressing the fragmented nature of support currently available to all the stakeholders of the educational institutions.
The initiative is aligned with the broader direction of NEP 2020 and the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, with a focus on technology integration, institutional capacity building, accessibility and data-informed decision-making.
Hon’ble Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India mentioned, “Technology has an important role to play in strengthening India’s education ecosystem and enabling institutions to make better-informed decisions. Initiatives such as Acadfinity, which seek to connect educational institutes with technology, knowledge, resources and expertise, can contribute to building more capable and future-ready nation.”
India’s K–12 sector is large and diverse, but schools often depend on multiple providers for academic support, management systems, professional development, procurement and specialised services. Acadfinity aims to bring these requirements together through six interconnected hubs: Diagnostics, Knowledge, Management, Procurement, Resources and Services.
The AI-driven Diagnostic Hub is designed for leaders, parents, students, teachers & all stakeholders to identify gaps and priorities, while the Knowledge and Management Hubs provide access to learning programmes, toolkits, dashboards, communication and automation solutions. The Procurement and Resource Hubs are focused on simplifying access to K–12 products, books, toys and learning resources, while the Service Hub connects institutions with specialised professional support.
Bharat Panchariya, Founder & CEO, Acadfinity, said, “Having worked across different aspects of education for more than two decades, I have seen that schools often have the intent to improve but may not have easy access to the right expertise, technology and resources. Acadfinity is our effort to bring these capabilities together and make institutional support more structured, accessible and actionable. We want technology to become an enabler of better decision-making and stronger educational institutions.”
Bharat Panchariya brings more than 22 years of experience across school ownership and management, teaching and learning, infrastructure development, student mentoring, parent counselling, procurement, social welfare and educational entrepreneurship. Based in Jodhpur, he has also been involved in youth mentoring, parental guidance and grassroots social development.
Vijay Laxmi Rathore, Co-Founder, Acadfinity, said, “The future of education will depend on how effectively different stakeholders work together. Schools, teachers, parents and students have different needs, but they are part of the same educational journey. Acadfinity aims to create a connected ecosystem where stakeholders can access the knowledge, resources, technology and support they need within one platform.”
Vijay Rathore brings more than 25 years of experience in education and training, having worked with educational institutions and corporates across India in areas including teaching, soft-skills training, coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement. She has received national-level recognition for her work and holds training and qualifications in education, language and computer learning, including associations with Cambridge and the British Council.
With a particular focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, Acadfinity aims to expand access to structured technology, expert support and quality educational resources for institutions beyond the major metropolitan markets.
