Sandeep has over three decades of progressive experience in the IT service industry. During his tenure at Persistent Systems, Sandeep helped achieve the significant milestone of $1 billion in annual revenue. He also helped establish Persistent Systems as a strong global brand.
Nithin Kamath – Managing two companies, Zerodha and Rainmatter, Nithin Kamath commanded an overall package of around Rs 72 crore in FY2023. Zerodha is one of India’s largest stock broking apps, popular for its affordable brokerage services. It was Nithin Kamath who had come up with this brilliant idea, which has now revolutionized how people trade and invest in India.
Thierry Delaporte – While working as the CEO and Managing Director at Wipro Limited, Thierry Delaporte earned around Rs 82.4 crore in FY2023. He took charge at Wipro in 2020 and relentlessly worked to improve the company’s revenue and profitability. Delaporte’s focus on innovation and excellence helped the company to achieve several new milestones. Delaporte is currently working as a Board Member with Saint-Gobain.
Ravi Kumar Singisetti – Working as the CEO at Cognizant, Ravi Kumar Singisetti earned a whopping Rs 186 crore in FY2023. He had joined Cognizant as a CEO in January 2023. Since then, he has invested heavily in a client-first culture. The efforts have ensured sustainable growth for the company, which in turn has improved shareholder value.
