Aditi Misra

Ms. Aditi Misra, Director of Dharav High School, is a distinguished educationist with more than four decades of experience in teaching and leadership. A postgraduate in History from the University of Delhi with a B.Ed. and M.Ed., she is widely recognised for her commitment to holistic education. Over the years, she has introduced several innovative programmes such as the The Global Education & Leadership Foundation, the The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, and collaborations with INTACH to expand students’ learning beyond textbooks. She has also championed inclusive education through initiatives like Shiksha Kendra, an afternoon school within the campus for underprivileged children. Under her leadership, the institution has received several accolades, including the EducationWorld Grand Jury Award for Extraordinary Leadership in 2022–23.

Rima Singh, Head of DPS International, brings over 23 years of experience in education across India and the UAE. A gold medallist from the University of Delhi, she transitioned from nutrition to education and now leads the first IB-offering DPS school. An IB workshop leader, accreditation chair, and certified evaluator, she champions a learning environment that balances academic rigour with creativity and strong values. Her vision is to cultivate curiosity and critical thinking while ensuring that students grow with empathy, integrity, and respect for others.

Jasmine Gandhi

At Billabong High International School, Jasmine Gandhi works to inspire students to believe in themselves and discover their unique strengths. She believes education must help young learners understand their identity and develop independent perspectives. By fostering a safe and inclusive environment, she encourages students to share ideas, embrace diversity, and grow into confident individuals capable of shaping their own futures.

Shikha Sharma

Shikha Sharma advances the vision of Indus Valley Public School to deliver meaningful and value-driven education. Together, these educators represent a powerful shift in India’s schooling ecosystem—one that prioritises innovation, inclusivity, and character-building alongside academic achievement. Through their leadership and commitment, they are not only strengthening institutions but also shaping a generation of learners prepared to contribute thoughtfully to a rapidly changing world
