Zemetric, Inc., Acquires EvyEnergy Builds presence in fast growing India EV market

Pleasanton, California, June 12, 2024 – Zemetric, a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies, announces the successful acquisition of EvyEnergy, India’s premier eMobility software platform. This strategic move positions Zemetric as a leading player in the rapidly growing EV market in India, and enhances its software capabilities for the North American market.

With this acquisition, Zemetric gains access to a market poised for exponential growth while adding proven software talent . Now graduates, Tushar Bohra, Mohit Jain, and Bhabani Mohapatra, created a software platform that caters to public charging, fleet charging, and destination charging with seamless payment options. With nearly 3000 charging ports on its Charge Connect platform and mobile app, EvyEnergy is a preferred platform for Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and mobility providers for convenient charging access.
