The 2nd edition of Live Times XChange in Patna emerged as a significant on-ground conclave where leadership, development, and truth-based journalism came together to define the narrative of rising Bihar and progressive India. Organised by Live Times, India’s First Global Multicast News Hub – the Patna edition of XChange presented a clear and ambitious vision — anchored in facts, backed by public trust, and led by transparent governance. With the presence of senior influential leaders and policymakers, the conclave encouraged constructive dialogue on Bihar’s developmental journey and underlined the growing need for credible journalism that informs and empowers citizens.
The insightful discussions brought Bihar’s transformative story into sharp focus—one that reflects determination, reform, and inclusive growth. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary outlined the state’s economic progress, the establishment of new medical colleges, advancements in ethanol-based green fuel production etc. Rural Development Minister Shrawon Kumar spoke about the role of self-help groups in empowering women, while also noting the near-complete electrification and tap water access in villages. Former Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav called for a youth-led Bihar, encouraging investment, innovation, and transparency in governance, with media playing a responsible and fact-based role.
Governor Arif Mohammad Khan also engaged in a reflective discussion, offering a broader vision and emphasised on the importance of balancing scientific advancement with ethical values, and said that India’s journey towards 2047 must be guided by unity, compassion, and cultural wisdom. He reminded the audience that journalism must serve as a pillar of democracy—defending truth, promoting understanding, and remaining free from bias and manipulation.
At the centre of the 2nd edition of LT XChange conclave was to continue its mission of restoring faith in truthful journalism. The channel aims to provide clarity and fact-based news in an age of misinformation. Its signature XChange format fosters respectful, evidence-based discussions that welcome diverse perspectives.
