Capri Global Appoints Vivek Jain as Chief Human Resources Officer

Bangalore, 26th February 2024 : Capri Global Capital Ltd, a leading non-banking financial company, has appointed- Mr. Vivek Jain, as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

He is a distinguished leader in the HR realm, having over 25+ years of industry expertise and a visionary outlook on managing talent.

Vivek Jain joins Capri Global from his previous role at Kotak Bank, where he served for 15+ years. In his tenure at Kotak Bank, he held key roles, including Senior Executive Vice President & Head of HR for Investment Banking, Institutional Equity, Private Equity, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Corporate Treasury, and Asset Reconstruction. Notable achievements during this period include maintaining attrition below 20%, improving revenue per employee, and introducing innovative business practices. Before Kotak, Vivek worked with organisations like Genpact and Lupin Pharmaceuticals.

Vivek holds a gold medal in MBA from International Management Institute Delhi and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Human Resource Development. His scholarly force is evident through his research paper on Career Progression published in the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. Additionally, Vivek is a PCC – ICF certified coach. Vivek is also a member of the CII National Committee on Skill Development and Livelihood since 2019. Vivek seamlessly combines academic prowess with practical industry experience, making him a valuable addition to Capri Global Capital Ltd.
