EPFO Officials Hold On-Site Camp at Karma Global, Address Queries on New EPFO Regulations

Mumbai, 30th January 2026: In a compliance-focused initiative aimed at improving employee awareness and correct EPFO implementation, senior officials from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) conducted a direct interaction session that was open to all individuals from different sectors, including employees of Karma Global Management Solutions Pvt Ltd.  The session saw participation from over 200 employees, reflecting strong interest in understanding recent regulatory changes.

The session was led by Gopikrishna Ghadigaonkar, Enforcement Officer & Accounts Officer, and Uttam Kopar, Enforcement Officer & Accounts Officer, along with Chetan Moghe, Dearness Allowance. The officials briefed employees on the recently announced EPFO rule changes, with a focus on practical implications for payroll compliance, PF contributions, withdrawals, pension eligibility, and grievance handling.

Moving beyond a standard awareness session, the initiative included one-on-one discussions, allowing employees to raise individual EPFO-related issues such as account mismatches, claim delays, and procedural gaps. The officials provided step-by-step guidance and clarified the correct compliance process, helping employees understand how to resolve issues within the EPFO framework.

Commenting on the initiative, Pratik Vaidya, Managing Director and Chief Vision Officer, Karma Global Management Solutions Pvt Ltd, said, “Regulatory changes are effective only when employees and employers understand how to implement them correctly.
