The PG in Kitchen Management, Sales & Revenue Management
programme, designed in collaboration with Marriott leadership, is a testament to our distinguished legacy. The Career Leap Programme spans over 12 months and aims to furnish students with the detailed expertise required to excel in the ever-evolving hospitality sector.

Experience a unique educational and professional growth environment tailored to meet the demands of Marriott International, ensuring a guaranteed placement through PPOs right from the beginning of the program.

6 Months Academic Curriculum:

Comprehensive coursework encompassing crucial aspects of hospitality management at ISH campus Gurugram
Guest lectures and workshops by Marriott leadership
Hands-on learning via case studies, simulations, and practical exercises
6 Months On-the-Job Training with Marriott International:

Immersive experience at Marriott properties
Opportunity to utilize theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems
Significant mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field

Duration of the programme

The program spans 12 months and includes six months of academic learning at ISH and the remaining six months of on-the-job training at Marriott International

Eligibility Criteria

The programme is well-suited for recent graduates aspiring to enhance their skills, deepen their knowledge of the service industry, and garner practical experience.

Prospective candidates for the Postgraduate Programme in Hospitality Management should meet the following criteria:

Pursued their graduation in any subject from a recognized university/institute

Minimum 1 year of work experience in the hospitality or service sector

Career Prospects

Post the fast-track 12-month programme students will secure placement at Marriott International in roles under kitchen Management and Sales and Revenue Management in India and abroad at a starting package of Rs 5.4 LPA.

Furthermore, they will also earn the ISH Postgraduate Programme Certification in alliance with Les Roches, which will open doors to Master’s Degrees at Les Roches, Spain and Switzerland.

The programme includes a stipend of Rs 15000 for first 6 months at ISH and thereafter Rs 25000 for next 6 months for Marriott internships.

Less: ISH Flourish Scholarship Grant- 3,00,000
Total payable by student- 6,09,160
