“Film industry or TV industry, both are ruled by top actors, directors and producers. If you do ‘chamchagiri’, you are there or you are immediately replaced and informed to others also so that you are not given work. We do have immpa but no actor goes to complain about such behaviours of these mafia individuals since they are powerful and they can completely ruin your career..! Alisha Parveen is one of such cases. Outsiders don’t get to work easily and when they get, at times they face replacement, & exploitation. To cut things short, the outsiders are the most vulnerable in the industry..!”
