Hyderabad, March 19, 2024: HGS, in collaboration with the NASSCOM Foundation, significantly bolstered the Skills for Her initiative, training over 180 young women with bachelor’s degrees in science in computer programming and other emerging technologies. The core mission of this program transcends mere job preparation; it aims to amplify the presence of women in the tech sector. A graduation ceremony held on March 14th celebrated the accomplishments of these women who successfully completed the program. This special event was graced by Ms. Shilpa Sinha Harsh, overseeing Global Corporate Communications, CSR, and DEI at HGS, and Mr. Salil Chaturvedi, who leads Skills and Employability at the NASSCOM Foundation, along with their respective teams.
