Mumbai, December 29, 2025: Target Learning Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a leading publishing house and trusted provider of educational resources, recently honoured two esteemed educators from Maharashtra – Mrs. Spruha Suresh Indu, Sr. teacher from Chembur Education Society Primary School, Chembur, Mumbai, and Mr. Jagdish Indalkar from Lion M.P. Bhuta Sion Sarvajanik High School, Sion, Mumbai. Both were awarded the Shikshak Ratna Award for their recognition by NCERT for innovative teaching practices in the classroom.
Mr. Indalkar received recognition for developing a series of engaging techniques that make reading an interactive experience through games. His creative approach has helped children foster a love for reading. On the other hand, Mrs. Indu was selected for her unique use of traditional Indian games to reinforce foundational numeracy skills.
