Researchers believe that one of the reasons why organic curd helps in weight loss is that the calcium in curd helps eliminate cortisol from the system. Cortisol is a stress hormone that signals fat cells to accumulate more fat in the body. When curd eliminates the cortisol, it makes it easier to lose weight.
