World CX Summit & Awards 2024 Concludes – Powering Innovation and Collaboration In CX

The 11th global edition of the World CX Summit & Awards 2024 concluded successfully on 22 May at The Leela, Mumbai. The event was organized by Trescon, a global expert in B2B events and services sector. More than 350 CX leaders, technology experts and innovators attended the event. It served as the perfect platform to power India’s digitization journey. The event has also played a pivotal role in setting new benchmarks for CX excellence at the global scale.

The 11th edition of World CX Summit builds upon the success of the previous 10 editions. Having unlocked the collective knowledge and experience of more than 15,000 CX thought leaders over the years, the World CX Summit has established itself as a leading knowledge-sharing platform. The 11th edition was a great learning experience, made possible with insightful keynotes, informative sessions and real-life use cases. These invaluable lessons will allow leaders to improve their CX strategies, with the goal to deliver more fruitful customer experiences.

CX leaders from various segments have benefited immensely from the 11th edition of World CX Summit & Awards. The event was attended by leaders from various industries. It includes aviation, automotive, real estate, financial services, retail, human resources and manufacturing. Each of these industry segments are using digital innovation to improve customer experience. Depending on the size of the entity, the digitization budget is in the range of Rs 41 lakh to more than Rs 8.5 crore. Such significant budget allocations are evidence to the crucial role that the summit has played towards promoting collaboration and technological advancement.

A number of the critical topics were covered during the summit. For example, ways and methods to improve CX strategy, role of AI and amplifying CX through Martech. The event witnessed the presence of leading expert speakers and panelists from various domains. It included Santhosh Rao and Buvana Iyer from IBM, Rajesh Dogra from Air India, Sachin Vashishtha from Paisabazaar, Lavanya Pachisia from Zivame, Neelakshi Shalla from Bharti Axa Life Insurance and Priyaah Sundaraam from Cleartrip.

Also present were Ashutosh Sharma from Kore.ai, Ankit Goenka from Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Nikhil Asopa from Tata Digital, Anvesha Poswalia from Unilever, Supriya Rath from Lenovo India, Vijaybahu Joshi from Reliance Industries Ltd. and Sathish Krishnan from Redbus.
