New service connects US immigration attorneys with on-demand paralegal support, with eligible petition packages prepared within 48 hours or the service fee refunded.
New Delhi, August 18, 2026 – eazyPetition.com by EAZYPETITION LLC, a Texas-based LegalTech company, has launched Paralegal-as-a-Service, a new model that allows US immigration attorneys to access paralegal support on a case-by-case basis for a flat fee of $100 per case. The service is designed to give immigration law firms greater flexibility in managing changing workloads while creating opportunities for qualified legal professionals, including those in India, to work remotely with US immigration practices.
Commenting on the launch, Amit Gupta, Founder, eazyPetition, said, “We see Paralegal-as-a-Service as more than a new way to access paralegal support; it is a new way of thinking about how legal work can be delivered. By moving from fixed staffing to on-demand, case-based support, immigration firms can scale their operations more efficiently while accessing talent beyond traditional geographic boundaries. For legal professionals in India and other markets, this also creates an opportunity to participate in the growing global legal-services ecosystem. Our aim is to make access to legal support more flexible, efficient and globally connected.”
Under the new model, attorneys can submit individual cases to eazyPetition instead of hiring a full-time paralegal or paying hourly rates. The $100 fee is fixed per case, regardless of the number of forms involved or the time required to prepare the case and is subject to the programme’s terms and conditions.
The service also comes with a 48-hour turnaround guarantee. Once eazyPetition receives all required case information and documents, it will prepare and deliver the petition package within 48 hours. If the committed turnaround time is not met, the attorney will receive a full refund, subject to the applicable guaranteed terms.
In addition, eazyPetition is offering refunds for eligible cases that receive a Request for Evidence (RFE) or a denial from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The refund is subject to the programme’s eligibility criteria and terms.
A Flexible Model for Immigration Law Firms
Immigration law firms often experience fluctuations in their caseloads, making it difficult to maintain the right level of in-house paralegal support throughout the year. Hiring additional staff during periods of high demand can also increase fixed costs and take time.
eazyPetition’s case-based model allows attorneys to access paralegal support based on their immediate requirements. This gives firms the flexibility to scale support up or down without adding full-time staffing costs.
The service covers paralegal work involved in preparing immigration cases, including document review and completion of required forms, based on the information and documents provided by the attorney and client.
Opportunities for Indian Legal Talent
The new model also creates opportunities for qualified legal professionals and freelance paralegals in India to support US immigration attorneys remotely.
India has a large pool of legal and professional services talent working with global clients. Through its case-based model, eazyPetition aims to connect this talent with US immigration firms that need flexible paralegal support.
For eligible professionals, the model offers an opportunity to work remotely on US immigration cases without being directly employed by a US law firm, subject to eazyPetition’s engagement and eligibility requirements.
Available to US Immigration Attorneys
Paralegal-as-a-Service is now available to US immigration attorneys through the eazyPetition platform. Attorneys can submit cases and review the programme’s pricing, guarantee terms and eligibility requirements through eazypetition.com.
