Bhola Singh

Bhola Singh is an Indian politician and a Member of Parliament (MP) from the Lok Sabha constituency of Bulandshahr in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Bhola Singh is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Bhola Singh defeated his nearest rival Pradeep Kumar Jatav from Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) by a margin of more than 4 lakh votes. Bhola Singh has been associated with a wide variety of social and cultural initiatives and he has done significant work for the poor and marginalized sections of the society.

Early Life and Education

Bhola Singh was born on September 10, 1977 to Shri Kishan Lal Singh and Smt. Mallo Devi. He was born in a village named Bohich in Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh. Bhola Singh completed his graduation from Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut. He married Anuradha Singh on May 6, 2002.

  • 1 Sep. 2014 onwards: Member, Standing Committee on Food, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution; Member, Consultative Committee, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology

Bhola Singh has special interest in organizing sports matches and tournaments in his constituency on a regular basis. He continues to be associatedwith a wide variety of social service projects.
