England vs New Zealand (October 5, 2023)

Even if there isn’t a strong rivalry between these two teams, let’s not forget how close New Zealand was to winning the championship in 2019.

Surely, many of their fans are looking forward to seeing them redeem themselves, but we can only really wait and see if that’s something that’ll happen on the first-ever match of the tournament.

England vs Australia (November 4, 2023)

These two countries are known to be strong rivals not only in cricket but also in other sports events. Many would agree that this one’s deep-rooted as the rivalry also has something to do with historic colonialism and hyper-competitiveness between the two.

India vs Pakistan (October 14, 2023)

This has to be the biggest rivalry in cricket and even outside the sport. There are historical reasons as to why these two countries can easily bring heat to the cricket field. But aside from that, both countries are known to be passionate when it comes to cricket.
