Winemaking Style

Grover Zampa Vineyards is well aware of the secrets that go into the making of premium wine. This is why Grover Zampa Vineyards has chosen to farm its grapes at two of the best locations in India – Nashik in Maharashtra and Nandi Hills in Karnataka. These locations have a unique climate and soil composition that naturally provides the best varieties of grapes. At Grover Zampa Vineyards, grapes are hand-picked and processed using international techniques and practices. Tasting Notes

Grover Zampa La Réserve carries an assortment of luscious aromas that come with ripe red and black fruits. In addition, the wine has just the right hint of spice. Grover Zampa Vineyards was started by Kanwal Grover and now it is beingmanaged by his son Kapil Grover. The vineyard has witnessed significant growth with Kapil’s passion for winemaking and his focus on innovation and technology upgrades. From 100 acres, Kapil has expanded the vineyards to 400 acres, which is a remarkableachievement. Kapil is ably supported by his daughter Karishma Grover. Karishma had studied at University of California (UC) and now she has dedicated her life to making high quality wines and expand business operations for Grover Zampa Vineyards.
