Fresh cottage cheese – 200gm
Refine flour – 50gm
Sugar – 50gm
Saffron – 20gm
Ghee – 200gm
Milk Buffalow – 1000ml
Sugar – 200gm
Pistachio – 20gms
Saffron – 5gms
1 Make fresh cottage cheese ( Chena ) add refined flour and make a tight paste.
2 Add this paste piping bag.
3 Make a single-string sugar syrup keep aside add saffron in it.
4 Make thick laccha rabdi with buffalo milk and keep aside
5 Heat ghee and drip jalebis in round shape. Fry till golden brown
6 Dip these jalebis in sugar syrup and remove them from it.
7 Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron and served with rabdi
