Exclusive: Gopal Varma’s Dahanam lead Abhishek Duhan on future projects, OTT vs Cinema, spilling beans on marriage and more

Sultaning his way gradually up in Bollywood, with sheer skills and no god fathers, Abhishek Duhan has been the Patakha every girl eyes today.

Ek ladke ko dekha toh aisa laga, ye kitna versatile hai.

Duhan will soon be seen playing the lead (Hari) in Ram Gopal Varma Dahanam on MX player. The story is about how Hari, (a Naxalite rebel) goes all out seeking revenge of his father Sri Ramulu’s murder.

“It’s new, it’s fresh, it’s very exciting. And it’s very bloody” Abhishek Duhan comments as we ask how he feels when Netizen are comparing Dahanam with Raktanchal.

Talking about his OTT release, we go on to ask him if he has more affinity to cinema or OTT, he answers without a blink in his eye, “Cinema, cinema.”

Abhishek Duhan has been known for diverse roles, so we asked him his favourite genre and he placed his bets on “romance.” He also added that he would love to do it with his partner. He hasn’t revealed the name but dropped a strong hint, “Shaadi ka card mil jaega ye saal ke end tak.”
