The high rises in Mumbai and his big ambitions did not scare Priom while on a journey to find and prove himself. The “Ishqbaaz” actor, was always a passionate lover of acting and visualised his desire of becoming an actor since the age of 13! And since he was able to chase his ambitions, he had the courage to rise up to the elevated level of a versatile actor he is today! Born and brought up in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, he came away to Mumbai with no name, money or fame.
Priom now resides in Mumbai, the land where dreams come true! A small-town boy, Priom had no roots in the Television industry and yet he made it to the top by sheer perseverance and hard work, not to mention overall physical fitness and great looks too! A series of television shows other than “Ishqbaaz”, also earned him the name and fame: “Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran”, “Kaleerein” where he fabulously portrayed a negative character ‘Raghav Malhotra’; “Dil Bole Oberoi”, “Main Maayke Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo” and many more!
His content and work are recognised in the industry as unique and fresh. Because there are some stars who just don’t disappoint. He tries different genres from time to time and is not afraid to take risks and try out even negative roles. He has succeeded to demonstrate his prowess not only on Television but on various other platforms as well. Going the extra mile to present something unconventional yet swoon-worthy is not that difficult for Priom.
Moreover, he has also made a remarkable contribution to the famous Hindi web series ‘Gandi Baat’ (Season 3 – ‘ALT Balaji’) and “Pratha” on the F13 app. Even during the pandemic last year, he was quite active and starred in a mini TV series, “The Last Show” by Uday Bansal. At this point, where music bands top the list, Priom Gujjar, made a music video Wam Bam, which soared high and has about 50 thousand views on YouTube! Another music video he starred in was equally awe-striking: the Marathi music video ”Dolynchi Nasha”. And if that was not enough, he even advertised for the brand Sugar Cubes.
